I’m trying out an online Google calendar to manage the production schedule. I’m hoping this will make it easier for people to access information and get the most up to date info. The link is available here.
A couple of pointers when you visit this link:
- I recommend using the “Agenda” link in the top right area of the page
- Clicking on the event titles provides details such as required attendees and maps
- Details are currently filled out for Saturday rehearsals and weekend crew meetings
