Rehearsals were held yesterday, and they got off to a disturbing start. The location I was planning to use for the park scene, which offered a large pond as the scene’s center piece, was now a big, vacant, crater of dirt. Who would have thought to worry about a park’s pond being drained when scouting locations. The instructors weren’t kidding about considering every possible thing that could go wrong.
Hopefully the town park department will have some good news and confirm the water will be back in time for the shoot. Otherwise, I’m out a park and apartment location. BTW, some pics I took while scouting locations are now available under the Production Links.
