New American Horizons has released an 8 part video series on ESL for Adult Learners, directed and produced by Federico Muchnik from MV Productions. I helped edit a few of these episodes last year, collaborating with Federico and New American Horizons, assembling a cut from a series of multi-camera shoots they had held.
The video series as a whole represents three years of work by MV Productions – planning, shooting, editing, and delivering 8 episodes, each one 30 minutes in length, as well as ancillary episodes focussing on specific teaching techniques
The New American Horizons foundation is committed to helping immigrants wishing to learn English obtain the best teaching possible by preparing educators with clear and working solutions for teaching English in the classroom. Here’s a 3.5 minute promotional piece on the video series:
